Edward B. Hay
Edward B. Hay, who owned the Adirondack Art Store in Saranac Lake for approximately 25 years, died Sept. 20 at a Rochester hospital, it has been learned here. He was 88 years of age.
Mrs. Hay, who owned the first children's shop in Saranac Lake, died on June 17 of this year at the age of 84. They had been married in Saranac Lake on May 6, 1909 and celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
While residents here they were active members of the Presbyterian Church and Mrs. Hay was an active member of the Reviewers' Club.
They are survived by a daughter, Eleanor.
